¿No te parece increíble que últimamente desaparezcan muchas especies de animales?
Había una vez tres hermanos: los dos mayores eran gamberros y se burlaban del menor, que era sensible y bonachón. Los tres decidieron recorrer mundo. Por el camino encontraron un hormiguero. Los mayores querían escarbarlo, pero el menor les dijo que no molestaran a los insectos.
Luego llegaron a un lago en el que había patos, y los dos mayores quisieron cazarlos. El pequeño dijo que no mataran a las aves. Por último encontraron una colmena llena de miel que los dos gamberros quisieron quemar. Pero el hermano menor dijo que dejaran en paz a las abejas.
Llegaron a un castillo en el que todo era de piedra, hasta los caballos. En una habitación encontraron a un duendecillo gris que les dijo: «Para deshacer el hechizo hay que superar tres pruebas: encontrar mil perlas de la hija del rey, sacar del fondo del lago la llave de su habitación, y descubrir su dulce preferido».
Sólo el pequeño consiguió superar las pruebas, gracias a la ayuda de las hormigas, que hallaron todas las perlas; los patos, que encontraron la llave; y la reina de las abejas, que al besar los labios de la princesa supo que había comido miel.
El castillo volvió a la normalidad. El menor se casó con la princesa y los dos mayores se hicieron vagabundos.
Es muy fácil divertirse a costa del sufrimiento ajeno, pero tarde o temprano la vida pasa factura. |

Once there were three brothers: the two older ones were troublemakers and made fun of the little one, who was sensitive and good-natured.
The three decided to see the world. Along the way they found an ant hill. The two older ones wanted to dig it, up but the youngest one told them not to bother the insects.
Then they reached a lake where there were ducks, and the two older boys wanted to hunt them. The little boy told them not to kill the birds. Finally they found a beehive that the two roughnecks wanted to burn. But the youngest brother said they should leave the bees in peace.
They reached a castle where everything was made of stone, even the horses. In a room they found a gray gremlin who told them: «To break the spell, you have to pass three tests: find a thousand pearls belonging to the king’s daughter, take from the bottom of the lake the key to her room, and discover what her favorite sweet is».
Only the little brother was able to pass the tests, thanks to the help of the ants, who found all the pearls; the ducks, who found the key; and the queen bee, who kissed the lips of the princess and discovered he had eaten honey.
The castlewent back to normal. The little brother married the princess and the two older ones became vagabonds.
It’s very easy to have fun with the suffering of others, but sooner or later life send the bill.
